Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment and the artist’s time. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances once it has been made. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the artist will begin preparing for your project, which may include consultation, design work, and scheduling accommodations. As such, the deposit compensates the artist for their time and effort, regardless of any changes or cancellations. Deposits may be applied toward the final cost of the service, but they cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or credited for missed appointments without prior approval. Please ensure you are fully committed before placing a deposit.
